Data Deletion Request
Use this form to ask us to delete the personal data SoC.one holds about you — for example a message you previously sent us through this website, and the name and email address attached to it. This is a free service and you do not need an account.
We ask for the minimum needed to find your data and confirm the request is really from you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

A member of the SoC.one privacy team will review it. We will email you at the address you gave us to confirm the request is yours before we delete anything — please look out for that message, as we cannot proceed without it.
Keep the reference above for your records. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, email info@soc.one.
What happens after you submit
Your request moves through four stages, and we track it until it reaches a final state:

| Received | Your request reaches the monitored channel used by our privacy team and is entered in our deletion register. | Acknowledged within 5 business days |
| Verified | We email the address you gave us to confirm the request really came from you. This stops someone else from deleting your data. | Within 10 business days |
| Processed | We find the data covered by your request and delete it from the systems we control, or restrict it where the law requires us to keep it. | Within 30 days of verification |
| Completed / Rejected | We confirm in writing what was deleted. If we cannot action the request — no matching data, verification failed, or a legal retention duty applies — we tell you that and explain why. | Within 30 days of verification |
A note on how this works
This website is a static site: it has no database and stores nothing itself. When you press submit, your request is delivered directly to a monitored internal channel that our privacy team works from, and it is recorded there and in our deletion register until it is closed. The website does not keep a copy.
